Each annotated text counts as an annotation. If you upload and annotate 5000 documents within a month you are still inside of your monthly quota. For each additional annotation, we invoice you with $0.03 per annotated text.
Uploading data is done directly in our Interface or API.
Yes absolutely you can cancel your subscription at any time but no refunds are provided for your current period.
